We have a no hassle policy and allow for 7 day postage returns, no questions asked!  Initiate your return within 7 days of getting your glam (starting from the day your tracking says 'delivered'). If you're receiving your order in bits and bobs, the countdown begins once the last package arrives.

  • The fine print: Missing the 7-day window or not shipping it back to us within that week? There might be a 20% restocking fee. Or, on some rare occasions, we might have to decline the return altogether.
