How can I return or exchange my purchased items? 

We have a no hassle policy and allow for 7 day postage returns, no questions asked!  Initiate your return within 7 days of getting your glam (starting from the day your tracking says 'delivered'). If you're receiving your order in bits and bobs, the countdown begins once the last package arrives.

  • The fine print: Missing the 7-day window or not shipping it back to us within that week? There might be a 20% restocking fee. Or, on some rare occasions, we might have to decline the return altogether.
  • Patience, darling! Once your returned goods land with us, give us 5 - 7 business days to get things sorted. We'll pop into your inbox to let you know how it's gone.

We accept returns for gently worn or washed athleisure wear if you're not satisfied with your purchase, as long as it's within the specified return window.
